Request For Proposal For Store Cleaning

Worksmith invites you to bid on this new opportunity to provide weekly store cleaning for the retailer Rebecca Taylor.  You may bid to provide services for one or more locations by checking the boxes in the form below.

Timeline & Process

All bids must be submitted as soon as possible based on the information below.  Winning bidders will receive detailed information with operational details on the client and each location to be serviced, as well as information on how best to work with Worksmith on service requests, billing, and issue resolution. Winning bidders may also request the opportunity to conduct a walk-through prior to starting service. If you are selected by the client for store cleaning, Worksmith will coordinate with you to schedule your service each week.

Pricing

Our client requests your best price for each store cleaning, taking into consideration the square footage of each store, the number and size of windows to be cleaned, the frequency of desired service, and the scope of work expected to be performed.  Your pricing must be effective through December 31, 2016.

Working With Worksmith

Please remember to take the Worksmith platform fee into account when setting your prices for this bid.  As a reminder, the Worksmith platform fee is 25% of your list price.  For example, if you propose to charge our client $100.00 for one cleaning,  Worksmith will handle all billings, collections, and first-line customer service, keep $25.00 as its platform fee and remit $75.00 to you as per the Local Provider Agreement.  Worksmith handles all sales tax as well, collecting sales tax from the client and remitting to the appropriate authorities.  You will send your invoice directly to Worksmith at the end of each month, and you will receive payment on Net 45 day terms.
