Request for Proposal

You are invited to bid on this new opportunity for studio cleaning at Spruce & Bond starting in January 2016. You may bid to service just one location, or both locations, at your discretion, by checking the boxes with applicable location information in the form below.

All bids must be submitted by Midnight Eastern Standard Time next Wednesday, December 23, 2015. Pricing must be effective through December 31, 2016. Winning bidders will be notified no later than December 31, 2015. Winning bidders will receive a package of detailed information from Worksmith regarding this client, location(s) to be serviced and service request prior to starting the service.

The client requests your best price for deep cleaning at their studios in New York City. Please assume that you will provide two cleanings per studio per month, but your pricing should be per cleaning. Also, please note the store hours above. Your cleaning service will need to be before or after these times. If you are selected by the client as its cleaning vendor, Worksmith will coordinate with you to schedule your cleanings each month.

Please remember to take the Worksmith platform fee into account when setting your prices for this bid. As a reminder, the Worksmith platform fee is 25% of your list price. As an example, if you propose to charge the customer $100 for one cleaning, Worksmith will handle all billings, collections, and first-line customer service, keeping $25.00 as its platform fee and remitting $75.00 to you as per the Local Provider Agreement. Worksmith handles all sales tax as well, collecting sales tax from the client and remitting to the appropriate agencies. You will send your invoice directly to Worksmith at the end of each month, and you will receive payment on Net 45 day terms.
